Initiated!

Well I am now officially initiated into DUNC - Sunday night's initiation was actually lots of fun - a real example of how God is faithful and answers our prayers. No pressure on me to drink, good chats with a couple of the girls, and lots of fun and banter all round! The tasks completed include:
* dressing up as a baby complete with nappy, dummy, bib, rattle & toy!
* being fed baby food by our 'mums' - it was seriously minging!
* crawling across Palace Green - very wet & muddy!
* getting 10 'prospective fathers' to sign my nappy
* going to the toilet and returning with toilet paper hanging out of my nappy as I'm not properly potty trained!

We have a phoneline!

The BT-man came round this morning and we finally have a phoneline! Yay!!
Not long now and we might have internet at home - no more trekking to Elvet! (Cos it's oh so far! :o) )

Yay! Finally figured it out!

Still don't think I have anything interesting to say though!

Am off to London today for a Brazil debrief/reunion which should be much fun - am really looking forward to catching up with everyone and reminiscing (how do you spell that word?!) about our time in Brazil. Wish I was going back there though instead of to London - bring back the sun, sea, sand & gorgeous kids!

Don't have too much fun in sunny Durham without me! (Although it's actually raining at the mo!)

Erm..... not sure I really want a blog! Don't think I have anything interesting to write!
